IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REPAIR VERIFICATIONS:

• This is a repair check: The inspector will check the items on the list that you provide and verify that the repair has been completed.

• This is priced as a "Report Only" service.  There's no attendance for buyers, sellers, or agents. This is to help expedite report delivery.

• Iron Gate will schedule access to the property, contingent upon timely seller approval. Iron Gate will notify you if there are any delays or declines on access approval.

• It is recommended that you allow at least 3 business days prior to closing to have this service completed.
